KIRCHNER Finanzgruppe GmbH operates as a real estate agent licensed under § 34c Abs. 1 GewO (Gewerbeordnung, German Trade Regulation Act). We broker residential property, commercial property and plots of land – for sale and acquisition alike. Our registered office is in Reinheim; our Frankfurt am Main office is located in the Westhafen Tower.

For most people, a property transaction is one of the largest financial decisions of their lives. We proceed with corresponding care: at the outset we clarify what you wish to achieve, compile the necessary documents, prepare meetings and viewings, and accompany the process through to the notary appointment and beyond, up to the handover.

Real estate brokerage forms part of the umbrella brand K5 WORLD (K5 = Kirchner Finanz und Versicherung – Kirchner Finance and Insurance). Within the same company, we also operate as an insurance broker under § 34d Abs. 1 GewO (Gewerbeordnung, German Trade Regulation Act). This is practical when questions about buildings insurance or the owner's liability insurance arise in connection with the acquisition of a property. We do not broker financing; you arrange this in consultation with your bank.
