KIRCHNER Finanzgruppe GmbH · Insurance broker
Insurance broker
KIRCHNER Finanzgruppe GmbH is an independent insurance broker licensed under § 34d Abs. 1 GewO (Gewerbeordnung, German Trade Regulation Act). We are on your side – not on the side of an insurer.
What an insurance broker does for you
An insurance broker is engaged by you and is not bound to any insurer. The broker's task is to determine your needs, compare suitable offers on the market, give you a reasoned recommendation and look after you throughout the entire term of the contract – from conclusion through amendments to the event of a claim.
In this respect, the broker differs fundamentally from the insurance agent, who acts on behalf of one or more insurers. For you, this means that the selection is based on your circumstances and on the quality of the terms and conditions, not on affiliation with a particular company.
Our areas of activity
We look after private clients and families as well as self-employed persons, businesses and landlords. The focus is always on the question of which risks can actually endanger your economic existence and how these can be covered sensibly and affordably.
We do not offer the brokerage of investment funds and financial investments under § 34f GewO (Gewerbeordnung, German Trade Regulation Act) or the brokerage of loans under § 34i GewO (Gewerbeordnung, German Trade Regulation Act). Legal and tax questions arising in the design of insurance solutions are clarified in consultation with licensed professionals – lawyers and tax advisers.

How our cooperation begins
We begin with a conversation in which we record your situation, your existing policies and your objectives. From this, we produce an overview showing where you are well protected, where there are gaps and where you may be insured twice or unnecessarily. On this basis, you decide which steps you wish to take.
After conclusion of the contract, we remain your point of contact. We review your policies at sensible intervals, adapt them to changes in your personal and business circumstances and support you vis-à-vis the insurer in the event of a claim.
