Initial consultation
It begins with a conversation in which you describe your starting position and your concerns to us. We ask questions in order to understand the task and give an initial assessment of whether and how we can support you. If a question does not fall within our field of work, for example because it is of a legal or tax nature, we say so openly.
Proposal and engagement
On the basis of the conversation, you receive a written proposal. It describes the objectives, approach, work packages, timeframe and fees. Work only begins once you have agreed to it. Any changes to the scope are expressly agreed with you as the engagement progresses.
Analysis, concept and implementation
An engagement is usually divided into three phases. In the analysis, we obtain a precise picture of figures, processes and the market. In the concept phase, we develop and evaluate solutions with you. In the implementation phase, we accompany the introduction to the extent you wish.

Collaboration and confidentiality
We work closely with your management and the relevant employees. Regular coordination meetings ensure that you know at all times where the project stands. You make the decisions; we prepare them and give a clear recommendation.
We treat company data confidentially. On request, we conclude a separate confidentiality agreement before work begins.
Network of licensed professionals
Many business questions touch on several areas of expertise. Where legal or tax aspects play a role, we bring in licensed professionals (lawyers, tax advisers) or work together with your existing advisers. In this way, you receive business consulting and advice from the competent professionals through coordinated collaboration.

How is the consulting remunerated?
The fee is agreed in the written proposal and depends on the scope and nature of the task. You know before work begins what to expect.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both are possible. Process mapping and important workshops preferably take place on site; coordination meetings can also be held by video conference.
Can we also commission individual phases only?
Yes. You can, for example, commission an analysis only and decide on the concept and implementation later.
