Arconis Consulting is a brand of KIRCHNER Finanzgruppe GmbH and brings together business consulting in three pillars: startup consulting, business consulting and turnaround. The business consulting pillar is aimed at established medium-sized companies that wish to organise their processes, make their sales manageable or open up new markets.
The focus is not on a report that disappears into a cupboard, but on an actionable decision. We work with your figures, your employees and your actual processes and translate the results into clear measures with responsible persons and deadlines.
Our work is tailored to companies in which owners and management are closely involved in day-to-day business. There, time and distance to deal calmly with fundamental questions are often lacking. We bring this distance, a structured approach and experience in sales, finance and international business relationships.

Our consulting is exclusively business consulting. We do not provide legal or tax advice; where legal or tax questions are involved, we bring in licensed professionals (lawyers, tax advisers) or work together with your existing advisers. We clarify financing matters in consultation with your bank.
