Origins and History

The Starting Point

In 2024, KIRCHNER Finanzgruppe GmbH supported a young company in the finance and insurance sector in building up a sales organisation of self-employed intermediaries. These intermediaries visited clients in their region in person and advised them on financial and insurance products.

It quickly became apparent that the predominantly young sales staff were overwhelmed by the task of coordinating conversations arranged online with on-site visits. As a result, none of them ever reached their full potential.

The First Version: “Fahrtoptimizer 3.0”

In response to this situation, the first version of today's software was created under the project name “Fahrtoptimizer 3.0”. It initially ran on an internal server, without its own website, and was available exclusively to the sales staff.

Only after its introduction did the sales performance of the individual employees rise noticeably. This proved that it was not a lack of commitment but the lack of order in appointment planning that had limited success.

Development to Market Readiness

At the end of the collaboration, the then client had no financial resources available for further development. The further development and completion were taken on by developers in the USA. KIRCHNER Finanzgruppe GmbH worked closely with them, advising them and helping to adapt the product to the European market and its particular requirements. This collaboration led to the exclusive distribution rights of KIRCHNER Finanzgruppe GmbH for Europe.

In this way, the internal tool became a complete sales software solution, which is now offered under the name Terminauticus.

Official Sales Launch

Terminauticus has been officially available since 1 October 2026. The experience gained from practical use in field sales has been incorporated into its development – with the aim of enabling sales staff to devote their time to the customer rather than to appointment administration.
