Roles by task
In Terminauticus, each employee works in a role that corresponds to their task – for example telephone workstation, field sales, dispatch, administration or management. The role determines which areas of the software are visible and which information may be edited.
Thus an employee in the back office does not see purchase prices, and a field sales employee does not see files from other territories, if this is not desired. The configurations can be tailored to the organisation of your company.
Traceability of changes
Important actions are logged: who created, postponed or cancelled an appointment, who took over a file, who authorised an exception from the mandatory information? This traceability creates clarity within the team and makes it easier to resolve misunderstandings.
It also serves to protect the employees themselves, because in the event of a dispute it can be proven who made which decision.
